We have a 30-day return policy for our pre-printed Bible verses, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@praisebemagnets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Because our magnets are made to order and customized (other than our Bible Verse Magnets), we do not accept returns or refunds for these. HOWEVER, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please reach out to us immediately. We want you to love your magnets, and we will do whatever we can to make it right. Email us at admin@praisebemagnets.com with any concerns you may have.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect everything for defects, damages, and verify that you received all correct items. If there is an issue, let us know immediately so we can work to remedy the situation.

Order processing takes approximately 2-3 business days to manufacture and ship. Most of our orders ship via USPS, and it typically takes less than a week (about 2-3 business days) to receive your order within the continental USA. It could take a few extra days in shipping to receive your order if going to Alaska or Hawaii.

Processing time for large orders may take longer than usual due to availability and additional time it takes to manufacture. If you would like to place a large order and have deadline concerns, please contact us at admin@praisebemagnets.com and we can discuss specifics to meet your needs.

Glad you asked! There are currently two options available: 1) doing it on your own before uploading the final image, or 2) reaching out to us for additional customization options.

If you prefer to do things on your own, we recommend using Canva (which has a free version available and is suitable for most projects). Once you edit your image in Canva to add any needed text, download the new image as a PNG and use that file for your image upload when ordering magnets. If going this route, please note when creating a new 'Design' in Canva that the size should be 2" x 3" (for landscape orientation) or 3" x 2" (for portrait orientation). IMPORTANT NOTE: If creating your own, please allow ample space around the corners and edges of your graphic. Since our magnets have rounded corners and edges, images and text going all the way to the edges or corners have the possibility to be cutoff.
